Tracey is the Human Resources and Office Manager with Resolve Legal Group. She is a born and raised Calgarian who derives her influence and personal development from her family. Tracey grew up in a working-class family. Her father showed her the importance of hard work and dedication as he worked his way from a construction worker to the co-owner and Project Manager of a family company. Tracey believes that you can achieve anything you want in life if you’re willing to work for it. She is best described as caring, fun and dedicated.

The achievement in Tracey’s life which brings her the most pride is raising (with the help of her husband) 3 sons who are well on their way in their own lives. Tracey is also very proud of her career development which saw her go from a gas station manager to a law office manager!

Tracey’s main reason for wanting to join Resolve Legal Group is the owner. Cyndy’s dedication, commitment and enthusiasm are inspiring. While she’s not at work, Tracey enjoys spending time at her cabin with her family.

In the future, Tracey aspires to do her part in making every initiative at Resolve Legal Group successful. This shouldn’t be difficult as Tracey loves the challenges work and her co-workers provide! Right now, Tracey focuses her time on professional matters, such as improving efficiency and processes to make the firm better for staff and clients. Tracey hopes that someday she can visit Scotland and Ireland, where her maternal great-grandparents were born and many of her favourite stories take place.
