Raj holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours Degree from McMaster University, and subsequently obtained her Law Degree from Cardiff University, in Cardiff, Wales. Throughout law school, Raj was involved with Cardiff Law Society, where she helped organize the Annual Law Ball and Innocence Week Projects. Raj also volunteered her time with NHS Continuing Health Services, which focused on providing continuing public health care for the elderly. Finally, as a Student Warden in her student accommodations, Raj provided support and resources to women who were victims of domestic violence and abuse. While attending Law School in the United Kingdom, Raj was afforded the opportunity to explore her love for food and culture amongst the backdrop of many European countries. Her travels took her to countries such as Greece, France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal.

Prior to working with Resolve Legal Group, Raj worked as a Family Support Worker with Child & Family Services, where she cultivated important analytical and problem-solving skills in a culturally and socio-economically diverse environment. Raj provided supportive and meaningful services, while advocating for the rights of her clients. Though originally from Ontario, working with Child & Family Services allowed her to familiarize herself with small town Alberta. Raj has had the opportunity to travel to places such as Innisfail, Fort Macleod, Maskwacis, Siksika, Morley and Claresholm to name a few. Raj is a valued member of our Calgary team, at Resolve Legal Group, where she continues to carry her client-centered quality of services to the clients at our firm.

In her spare time, Raj enjoys spending time with her husband, visiting with their extended family, travelling, reading, cooking, shopping as well as exploring the Western Canadian outdoor playground that Alberta shares with its residents and visitors alike. Raj feels fortunate to have made our beautiful Province her permanent home.
