She advanced into senior roles in the energy sector as a Land Manager and holds her Alberta Land Agent’s Licence. Her career has been built in complex, highly regulated environments requiring strong leadership, strategic oversight, and disciplined execution.
Her experience includes large-scale project coordination, regulatory processes, and multi-stakeholder engagement involving landowners, agencies, and cross-functional teams. She is known for her ability to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to complex environments. Her experience navigating stakeholder relationships and regulatory frameworks translates directly into a thoughtful and structured approach to marketing.
Kristine is also co-developing the podcast Thru the Cracks: Mental Health & Addiction — One Struggle, One Recovery, focused on raising awareness and supporting conversations around mental health and addiction.
