This is a very difficult question for any family lawyer to answer because we cannot predict how the other party and their lawyer will react, or how much cooperation is given or received as well as many other multiple variables that can also influence how long a file will take to complete and how much it will cost. In an effort to solve this problem, the idea of Kids in Mind was created. Kids in Mind is an ADR process that is operated on a structured definitive schedule. Because of this structure, we are able to provide a flat rate fee for this program.
In a random sample survey of 60 participants, we learned that the least expensive amount of legal fees that had been paid on a parenting matter.
